1889-P VAM-19B Doubled Reverse, Clashed Obverse n & t, Clashed Reverse M Discovered by Mark Kimpton, 2004 NOTE: This variety has been split into 19B1 & 19B2 die states. This coin is a Top 100 Morgan VAM. (Must have the die break on wing to be a Top 100. EDS without the wing die break are not a Top 100.) 19B (revised) III2 1 C3b (Doubled Reverse, Clashed Obverse n & t, Clashed Reverse M) (190) Obverse III2 1 - Triple clashed die with faint double incuse of partial n of IN from reverse showing next to Liberty head neck and faint partial incuse t of Trust from reverse showing in right hair vee of loweer hair edge. Reverse C3b - Clashed die with raised designer's initial M from obverse above d in God. Later clashed die state shows die break on top of eagle's right wing of VAM 19A (Formerly VAM 5a). COMMENTS: Triple clashed die with a faint double partial n of In from reverse showing next to Liberty's neck.
