Discovery November 2024, Samuel Hatcher 17 III2 9 • C3h (Spikes at Star, Gouge at Arrow Feathers) (?) Obverse III2 9 - Date in normal lateral position. Patch of gouges from denticles by 2nd right star into field. ''Die Markers'' - Polishing lines on LIBERTY and around cotton bolls. Small die chip in space between upper cotton leaf and wheat leaf. Reverse C3h - S mint mark centered and upright, slightly high. Die gouge from branch near outer talon on eagle's right foot down to upper arrow feather.
