1880-O VAM-3 Dash Under 8, Doubled 80, Medium O Discovered by Clarence Brown, April 1966. 3 III2 2 - C3b (Dash Under 8, Doubled 80, Medium O) (176) Obverse III2 2- Thin dash well below the second 8. Second 8 doubled at bottom left outside of upper loop. 0 doubled slightly at bottom left inside and slightly at top left and right. Reverse C3b- Medium, tall, II O mint mark centered and upright. Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments: Obverse die shared with 1880-O VAM-77 Mhomei coin was submittted for a check mark variety- LVA DID NOT AGREE- Checkmarkitis strikes again.
