1879-P VAM-3 Doubled 879 Discovered by George Mallis, June 1965. 3 III2 3 - C3a (Doubled 879) (181) Obverse III2 3 - Doubled 879 in date. Slight doubling on right outside of both loops of 8. 7 doubled on lower right side and at top with dash below shaft. Both loops of 9 doubled on outside left. Closed and open 9 varieties.
