Class I CW spread shows on USA, eagle's beak, eye, neck feathers, and talons. Die Markers: Obverse: Die failure above D of UNITED and around first S of STATES. Die scratch from right side of second A of AMERICA NE to rim. Die scratch SE from rim above I of AMERICA. Short die gouge SE from rim above upper left D of UNITED.
