A 1787 Connecticut copper with the mailed bust left obverse and the legend reading CONNECT instead of the standard CONNEC. The addition of the final T makes this an over-corrected legend variety. The mailed bust left type with CONNECT is a distinct die variety within the extensive 1787 Connecticut copper series.
