198X Atypical Die Clash ADC-10c-198XP-01

Description

ADC-10c-198XP-01 Below is an atypical clashed die example on what can only be surmised as a 1981-1985 Roosevelt Dime. For now I am assigning it a temporary ND file name and will move it, if and when another example appears and I can be certain of the date. There are strong clash marks on both sides. This example suffered from some type of strike weakness in the date region. I would think it was a planchet error as the corresponding reverse section is also weak, but the obverse has damage that I cannot definitively define as pre strike or damage post strike.
