Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingVery nice class VIII doubling shows on both the left and right inside portion of the large semicircular window. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die gouge between lower portion of long and small right windows; die gouge between EL of MONTICELLO; die scratch through US of PLURIBUS.
