Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows on the letters N, I and T of MONTICELLO and along the left inside edge of the long left window. Very similar to 2023-P 5c WDDR-009. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die gouge below L of PLURIBUS; die gouge inside lower left portion of R of PLURIBUS.
