Description
2020 WDDO-005 is a doubled die obverse on the 2020 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY shows moderate extra thickness. The Y is slightly thicker at its upper left than at its upper right, and the ERTY shows light notching at its lower left corners. On the obverse, one small gouge lies below the E of LIBERTY, another sits inside the lower part of the E in WE, and a third lies below the front of the beard. Wexler notes no reverse markers. Matthew Vallee submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
