Description

Class VI, Distended Hub Doubling     "Best Of" Nickel Doubled Die VarietiesVery strong Class VI extra thickness shows on the central elements of the building - the columns, doors, steps, the triangle above the center door, and the semicircular window above the triangle.  It also shows on TICELLO of MONTICELLO with some separation. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die gouge in field to upper left of dome; die gouge to lower right of N of MONTICELLO.
