Description

Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: Series of die gouges on Jefferson's scarf just above his collar; die gouge to left of I of IN. Reverse: Die break on left edge of building; heavy die gouge below and between left long and small windows; die gouge between E and P of E PLURIBUS.
