Description
2019 WDDR-006 is a doubled die reverse on the 2019 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The designer's initials LB show sloped extra thickness. Wexler notes that the obverse is itself a doubled die, listed as 2019 WDDO-031; its marker is chips over the R of LIBERTY. Reverse markers: gouges inside the ME of AMERICA and below it; a scratch leading from the I of UNITED, at its top, toward the rim; a possible chip just right of the T of UNITED at its middle; and a small chip well SE of the B of LB. Steve Young submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
