Description
2017-P WDDO-002 is a doubled die obverse on the 2017-P Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The letters of LIBERTY show moderate extra thickness, and the Y is considerably thicker at its upper left than at its upper right. On the obverse, die pitting shows on the vest front left of the mint mark, and a small gouge touches the P mint mark at its top left. Wexler notes no reverse markers. Alfonso Lopez submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
