Error
Description
Doubling shows as two extra stones on the left side of the cellar window. Additional close doubling to the E shows in the branches above the right roof.Die Markers: Obverse: Large die gouge in the lower left opening of the M in AMERICA. Die gouge on the bust right of the designer's initials JF. Two die gouges below the ear. Die gouge between the Q and U in QUARTER. Die gouge left of the T in QUARTER. Die gouge right of the E in QUARTER. Die gouge near the bust above the left side of the D in DOLLAR. Die gouge between the U and S in TRUST. Die gouge right of the first S in STATES. Reverse: Die break in the opening in the branches below the ER in RIVERWAYS. Die chip at the overlapping branches far below the S in RIVERWAYS. Die chip in the upper opening of the R in the designer's initials RG. Die crack in the branches below the S in RIVERWAYS. Pre-die break depression on left roof.Submitted By: George W. Obverse: Numerous small die gouges around the ear. Weak NW/SE die scratch through the right arm of the Y in LIBERTY. Die scratch extends SE from the top right side of the first T in STATES. Small die gouge left of the top of the first A in AMERICA. Reverse: Thin N/S die scratch above the bridge's railing.
