Description
2016 WDDR-002 is a doubled die reverse on the 2016 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The designer's initials LB and JFM show extra thickness. On the obverse, a small gouge lies left of the back of the head. On the reverse, a crack crosses the shield's top left, with a small chip above the L of PLURIBUS. David Curfman submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
