Error
Description
Doubling shows in the windows in the arch above the center doorway. It shows in the third window from the left in the bottom row of windows and in the third and fourth windows from the left in the second row from the bottom. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Thin die gouge extends S from the Q in QUARTER. Obverse Stage B: Stage A die marker abraded away. Die chips between and left of the designer's initials JF. Die gouge between the lower I and B in LIBERTY. Thin die gouge inside the upper opening of the R in DOLLAR. Die gouge below the last A in AMERICA. Reverse Stage A: Die scratch extends NW from the right side of the left roof. Reverse Stage B: Stage A marker still present. Die gouge between the H and N in JOHN. Die gouge between the branches above the right roof.
