Description
2016-P WV WDDR-001 is a doubled die reverse on the 2016-P Harpers Ferry National Historical Park quarter (West Virginia) in the America the Beautiful series, cataloged by the Wexler team. On the building's right side, above the first door on the left, the doubling sits in the second column of windows, in its lower windows. Obverse Stage A has a small gouge (dot) right of the bottom of UNITED's T. On Obverse Stage B a crack follows the bust's base left of the designer's initials, and north of QUARTER's E a die chip sits on that base. Wexler notes no significant markers on Reverse Stage A, and Reverse Stage B is the same. Tanner Scott submitted Stage A and Michael Rusk Stage B. Wexler lists no cross-references.
