2016 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-043
ErrorDescription
Doubling shows in the windows in the arch above the center doorway. It shows in the second, third, and fourth windows from the left in the bottom row and in the third and fourth windows from the left in the second row from the bottom. Die Markers: Obverse Stage A: Die gouge behind the ear. Obverse Stage B: Stage A gouge weak but still present. Die crack across the base of the bust left of the designer's initials. Obverse Stage C: Stage B gouge weak but still present. Die chips formed on the crack including one below the J in the designer's initials JF. Reverse Stage A: Very thin, mostly NW/SE die scratches above the roof. Thin die scratch connects the O in BROWN'S and the T in FORT. Reverse Stage B: Same as Stage A. Reverse Stage C: Stage B scratches weak but still present. A small die chip can be found on the top of the tower.
