Description
2015 WDDO-027 is a doubled die obverse on the 2015 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. The letters of LIBERTY show strong extra thickness, with notches at the lower right of the ERTY. Wexler notes no obverse markers. On the reverse, a crack runs NW from the shield's top left corner to the E in UNITED, at its bottom right, and a chip sits on the shield's top left, north of the L in PLURIBUS. Tanner Scott submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
