Description

Extra thickness shows on the letters of LIBERTY with notches visible on the lower left of ERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A pre-die crack depression runs NW/SE through the top of the forehead. Reverse: A short vertical die gouge can be found at the rim above the first A in AMERICA. A die crack runs along the top left of the shield with a large die break north of the L in PLURIBUS.
