Description
Strong extra thickness shows on LIBERTY with the top right of the Y considerably thicker than the top left. Notches show on the lower left of the ERTY in LIBERTY.Die Markers: Obverse: Deep ridge at the rim from 9:00 to 2:00. Two small die dents at the rim below VDB. Thin die scratches SE from the chin. Thin die scratches NW from the back of the collar. Small die gouge right of the chin. Small die gouge at the rim below the center crease of the vest. Die gouge in the ridge right of IN. Short die gouge from the rim left of the first T in TRUST. Reverse: Light die chipping on the upper left edge of the shield and right of the top of the shield. Multiple die gouges between the left edge of the scroll and the rim. Short die gouge above the left side of the U in UNITED.
