Description

Slight doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe. Die Markers: Obverse: A light die crack runs through the designer’s initials. Thin die scratch through the UA in QUARTER. Many crisscrossing die scratches through the TE in UNITED. Die gouge midway between the bust of the O in DOLLAR. Reverse: Die gouge below the left side of the M in GUAM.
