2006 Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-044

Description

Light extra thickness shows to the letters of LIBERTY. Slight notching to the upper left corners of the letters shows on the ERTY of LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A short, vertical die scratch shows above the R of TRUST. A die crack running south to north can be found in the hair to the left of the ear. Two die cracks running west to east intersect a die crack running north to south through the hair at the upper back of the head. A die crack running northwest to southeast can be found at the upper front of the forehead. A die chip can be found at this die crack. Reverse: A large die chip can be found at the top left side of the 2nd Memorial column. A die crack runs from the left post into the bottom of the 3rd Memorial column. Obverse:
