Description
Doubling shows on the left side of the 7th Memorial column to the right of the statue and the upper pedestal. An extra leg shows between the statue’s legs. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge can be found below the bottom of the 6. Parallel die scratches run SSE from the bottom of the 9. A die scratch runs south from the bottom of the B in LIBERTY.
