Description
2005-S OR WDDR-010 is a doubled die reverse on the 2005-S silver proof Oregon state quarter, cataloged by the Wexler team. Below Wizard Island's right end, doubling shows. On the obverse, a small gouge lies in the hair curls right of the forehead's top, and a small round gouge (dot) sits in the hair at about the middle of the head's back. On the reverse, a vertical scratch lies over the 5 at the left end of its top, and another vertical scratch sits left of the R of PLURIBUS. Steven Bernatowicz submitted the variety. Crawford lists it as CDDR-003 and CDDR-005.
