CU-25c-2005P-06R(WV) documents a reverse cud on the 2005 Philadelphia West Virginia State Quarter. The New River Gorge Bridge reverse design, depicting the massive steel arch spanning the gorge in Fayette County, created deeply incised design elements that may have contributed to elevated die stress and fracture rates.
