Description
Doubling shows as extra thickness to the letters of LIBERTY and the lower hair and beard details. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge touches the top of the 4 while another die gouge can be found below the horizontal bar of the 4. Reverse: A die gouge can be found just under the top left of the 1st T in STATES. Die pitting can be found above the right Memorial base. Two die gouges can be found to the right of the center of the E in ONE.
