Doubling shows on the underside of Washington’s earlobe. Die Markers: Obverse: A small die gouge touches the top of the 1st T in TRUST. A short, vertical die gouge can be found inside the lower D in DOLLAR. Reverse: A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the zero in 1803.
