ADC-25c-1999-01PA Below is an atypical clashed die example on a 1999P Washington Quarter from the State Quarter series with a Pennsylvania reverse. There are strong clash marks east of Washington representing the letters IBE from LIBERTY and VI from VIRTUE. There may be light clash marks within the corresponding text field on the reverse but the condition of the coin examined prohibited any positive identification. This die was found by Robert Washington
