Description

Bar extended from below the hand to the middle of the leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A die chip can be found to the left of the center of the I of AMERICA. Several die chips can be found under and right of the lower right R of AMERICA as well as to the right of the roof. Several die chips in a linear grouping can be found on the right memorial base.
