1998-D Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-003

Description

Remnants of a partial extra column at a 45 degree angle from the horizontal run through the top of the pedestal. Possible remnants of a partial extra column at the same angle can be seen at the top of the 6th bay. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouges can be seen above the E and the R of LIBERTY. Reverse: A die scratch runs from the upper right N of UNITED to the rim. A die dent runs from the rim above the 2nd S of STATES to the S of PLURIBUS. Obverse:
