Description
Bar extended from the bottom of the hand to the lower leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found below the N of IN. Reverse: A miniscule die chip can be found right of the seventh memorial column at the level of the statue’s lower knee. A die chip can be found within the lower E of CENT. A die chip can be found within the lower N of CENT. A die chip can be found in the lower second memorial bay.
