Bar extended from the bottom of the hand to the lower leg to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found well above the E of LIBERTY. Reverse: A die chip can be found within the lower U of UNITED. A die chip can be found within the upper M of AMERICA.
