Description

Bar extended from the middle of the knee to the top of the foot to the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die chips can be found between the lower O and N of ONE. Die chips can be found left of the middle first memorial bay as well as in the lower first and middle second memorial bay. A die chip can be found above the right memorial base.
