Description

Bar extended from the top of the foot to the upper base to the right of the statue on the seventh column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found below the I of IN. A die chip can be found right of the N in IN about a third from the bottom. Reverse: A large die chip can be found at the left cornice. A small die chip can be found left of the top left corner of the P of PLURIBUS.
