1997 Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-027

Description

Bar extended from the shoulder to the top of the knee to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch can be found extending south from the rim to the east of the second T of TRUST. A die chip can be found east of the center of the I on IN. A die chip can be found centered below the 9 and 7 of the date. Reverse: A small die chip can be found just above the doubling on the sixth column at the level of the statue’s neck.
