Bar extended from the upper leg to the bottom of the foot to the left of the statue on the sixth column Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found centered below 19 of the date. A die chip can be found below the second 9 of the date. Reverse: A die chip can be found to the east of the center of the right upright of N of CENT. A die chip can be found under the diagonal bar of N of CENT. A large die chip can be found at the left cornice. A die chip can be found left of the upper first memorial column.
