Description
An extra column appears in the 11th Memorial bay and a small partial extra column can be found at the bottom of the 10th Memorial bay. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: A small die gouge can be found inside the upper D of UNITED. A die gouge extends NW from the top of the 2nd T in STATES. A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the right of the upper T in CENT. A short die scratch runs WSW to ENE below the N of UNUM. A small die gouge (dot) can be found to the left of the center of the C in CENT. Obverse:
