Extra thickness shows on the date, the letters of LIBERTY, the letters of IN GOD WE TRUST, and the upper hair details. A spread towards the center also shows on the upper letters of IN GOD WE TRUST. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge (dot) can be found near the rim over the upper left W of WE. A small die gouge (dot) can be found between the lower G and O of GOD. A die gouge can be found between the T and Y of LIBERTY. Reverse: A vertical die gouge can be found above the upper left E of STATES.
