Description
Extra thickness with some separation lines spread towards the rim show on the date and IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: Four heavy die scratches run ESE from the bowtie. Three strong vertical die scratches can be found to the left of the lips. Reverse: A die gouge can be found midway between the bottoms of the E in ONE and the C in CENT. Obverse:
