1971-S Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-001

Description

An extremely strong Class II spread towards the center shows on LIBERTY, IGWT, the front of the vest, and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: The mint mark is an RPM (S/S North) listed in the Wexler RPM Files as WRPM-005 (CONECA RPM #3). Reverse: A small die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the 2nd S in STATES. Obverse:
