This graduated response indicates the hub displacement affected STATES OF AMERICA with slightly greater offset, placing the two inscriptions in different intensity zones of the same hubbing event. The distinction has practical implications: STATES OF AMERICA serves as the primary pickup point, while PLURIBUS UNUM requires higher magnification to confirm. Die markers UVC-1402 and DMR-019 identify the working die. The reverse is RDV-006, characterized by strong railings on the Monticello portico.
