Doubling shows below the zero in the date. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: Two strong die gouges run SW from the top of the first column and the left cornice. A heavy die scratch runs E/W through the upper STA of STATES. A strong die gouge runs ENE from the right Memorial base above the designer’s initials. A strong die gouge runs WSW/ENE below the right Memorial base. Obverse:
