The 1969-D Doubled Die Reverse DDR-004 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1969 (D) Kennedy Half Dollar, part of the Kennedy Half Dollars Silver Clad 1965-1970 series. Die markers: UVC-355 DMR-008 Stage A: EDS (unconfirmed) Stage B: Small die gouge between lower OL of DOLLAR – MDS Obverse is MDS Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). RDV-003/ODV-002b (No MDO).
