Notching shows on the upper letters of UNITED. Light extra thickness shows on E PLU. Die Markers: Obverse: Blunt tail 9. Parallel die scratches run NW from the upper left of the I of IN. Reverse: A short horizontal die gouge can be found on the center left of the E in STATES.
