Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingThis variety was formerly listed as WDDR-175. It replaces the original WDDR-058 listing which was delisted because it was a doubled working hub (See WWHR-001 below). Nice Class II doubling shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and FIVE CENTS, increasing from left to right. Slight doubling shows on UNUM. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Die scratch from upper right side of M of AMERICA to LO of MONTICELLO; slanted die scratch above bottom crossbar of E of AMERICA.
