Description
A small bar can be found under the L of LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: The mint mark is listed as WRPM-017 – a D/D Tilted (Rotated). A die scratch extends SW from the bottom of the B in LIBERTY. A die scratch runs SW from the left side of the 9 to the vest. Numerous die scratches run SW to NE to the left and right of the bust. Reverse: A die scratch runs NNW to SSE between the upper A and T of STATES. A die scratch curves north from the upper left O in OF. Several die scratches run WNW to ESE through the bottoms of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Memorial bays. A die scratch curves NW from the bottom left side of the 11th Memorial column.
