Description
Class II + V, Distorted and Pivoted Hub DoublingA very nice spread toward the center that increases from left to right shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FIVE CENTS, CELLO of MONTICELLO and the right side of the building. A closer CCW spread shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and OF AMERICA from a pivot near the rim at approximately 8:30 oclock. Die Markers: Obverse: Several small die dots under chin near collar. Reverse: Die gouge (dot) between upper portions of L and U of PLURIBUS; die gouge (dot) below and left of E of MONTICELLO.
