Description

Class II, Distorted Hub DoublingStrong Class II doubling shows on E PLURIBUS UNUM and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, decreasing from left to right. Closer doubling shows on FIVE CENTS and the left side of the building. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Slanted die scratch from lower left side of large center semicircular window; slanted die scratch inside lower portion of right arch; die scratch above left arch.
